Usually at beauty supplies it's never really a comfortable experience because they're either following you around or not helpful at all but this experience was great and fast! Today I came in to purchase bundles for the first time ever, and had no clue in what direction to go. When I first walked in I was greeted by a Hispanic security guard who was super nice & friendly! Then I went around the store looking for bundles but honestly the selection is overwhelming so I ended up asking for help from one of the young ladies in the front! She was a younger Hispanic girl and the ends of her hair were like pink? I didn't get a Chance to ask her name but she was so helpful ! I had asked her what was a good quality bundles that came in 18 20 22 inches? She first showed me a few brands but the quality was eh. So then I added on I wanted a silky hair texture, is human hair & also able to dye and won't smell. So she then directed me to the front, and showed me the onyx bundles which were exactly what I was looking for!! It honestly was a super quick experience because she def knew about the hair & what was the most popular. I wish I would've asked for her name but I was in a rush to go in and out! Without her helping me I probably would've been lost and not know what hair to purchase or would've have been happy with my decision! Then when leaving the security guard then told me to have a nice day which was also super nice! Customer service was surprisingly amazing !!will be back again !

You Know when you buy there are no returns or exchanges on some things but there was a manufacturer flaw on a pair of colored contacts. When I returned with my receipt and show them one was much darker than the other they made it right. I go often and always come out with something, if by chance I don't like it, we'll no big deal.
